A total body workout circuit style, circuit training is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 5 minutes and then move on to another exercise. It’s like a game of musical chairs. This class offers stations of cardio, strength and core training suitable for any ability, which helps maximise calorie burn while getting you toned and feeling great. Show up and tone up.

Fat blast

A full body HIIT class with a combination of cardio and strength exercises using a mixture of body weight and weighted exercises. This class will get your heart rate racing, while your whole body is left feeling toned. Join in this fun and energetic workout.

Mums and toddlers

Get back into exercise and fitness, whilst having your little one right by your side, no need to organise childcare. Our safe and secure circuit style classes use body weight and weighted equipment as well utilising the little one to intensify the exercise. The exercises are focused on pelvic floor and lower back, just where you need them the most. And if the little one wishes to sleep or play whilst you enjoy your workout, then that’s perfect too – everyone is a winner!


Pump is suitable for all abilities and ages, its a fun workout with barbells and plate work to fantastic music. Pump is based on high reps and low weight to increase lean muscle mass, burn fat and get fitter and stronger


Keep fit boxing style. Boxercise is a  full-body workout that combines boxing training and body weight exercises to create an high-intensity workout that will achieve a lean, toned body. You’ll also improve agility, stamina and co-ordination, all while having fun. Boxercise is also a great for relieving stress.

The spin workout will help you build some muscle tone. The workout will focus on the core muscles, as well as the buttocks and thighs. You can increase and decrease the tension of the bike; this is similar to riding up and down a hill. While you pedal, you will work your thighs and calves. If you maintain the correct position on the bike, you will also work on your abdominal muscles. When you pedal faster, you are likely to burn fat. When you pedal slower and have a higher tension, you will work your muscles.
